Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 garlic clove finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional

Method

Cooking Instructions
    Prepare the Fresh Ingredients
    1. Wash the parsley, cilantro, and dill well. Pat them dry with paper towels. Finely chop all the herbs. Mince the garlic into very small pieces for a smooth sauce.
    Mix the Creamy Base
    1. Add the Greek yogurt and mayonnaise to a medium mixing bowl. Whisk them together until completely smooth. This creamy base gives the sauce its rich and silky texture.
    Add the Seasonings
    1. Mix in the minced garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir well until every ingredient is fully combined.
    Add the Fresh Herbs
    1. Fold the chopped parsley, cilantro, and dill into the sauce. Stir gently until the herbs are evenly spread throughout the mixture without crushing their fresh texture.
    Taste and Adjust
    1. Taste the sauce carefully. Add a little more lemon juice for extra brightness or honey if you prefer a slightly sweeter flavor. Adjust the salt and pepper as needed.
    Chill Before Serving
    1. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes. Chilling allows the flavors to blend together and creates a smoother, richer taste before serving.
