Cooking Instructions for Crispy Bang Bang Chicken
    Prepare the Chicken
    1. Wash and dry the chicken pieces. Cut them into equal sizes. This helps every piece cook evenly and stay juicy inside during frying.
    Make the Marinade
    1. Mix buttermilk, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add chicken pieces and coat well. Let everything rest for fifteen minutes.
    Prepare the Coating
    1. Combine flour and cornstarch in another bowl. Mix them thoroughly. The cornstarch helps create an extra crispy texture after frying.
    Coat the Chicken
    1. Take each chicken piece from the marinade. Roll it in the flour mixture. Press gently so the coating sticks properly.
    Heat the Oil
    1. Pour vegetable oil into a deep pan. Heat it over medium temperature. The oil should reach about 350 degrees Fahrenheit before frying.
    Fry the Chicken
    1. Place chicken pieces carefully into the hot oil. Fry in small batches. Cook for about five minutes until golden and crispy.
    Drain Excess Oil
    1. Remove the fried chicken with tongs. Place pieces on paper towels or a wire rack. This keeps the coating crunchy and light.
    Make the Bang Bang Sauce
    1. Whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar together. Mix until smooth and creamy with balanced sweet and spicy flavors.
    Coat the Chicken with Sauce
    1. Place fried chicken in a large bowl. Pour the bang bang sauce over it. Toss gently until every piece is covered.
    Garnish and Serve
    1. Transfer the chicken to a serving plate. Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top. Serve immediately while still warm and crispy.
