  • ¼ small white onion chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 ice cubes optional
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
  • ½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger optional

Method

Cooking Instructions
    Prepare the Ingredients
    1. Peel the banana and cut it into small slices. Peel the onion and chop it into small pieces. Measure all remaining ingredients before starting. This makes the blending process much faster and easier.
    Add Ingredients to the Blender
    1. Place the banana slices, chopped onion, water, honey, lemon juice, and optional cinnamon or ginger into the blender. Add ice cubes if you want a colder and more refreshing drink.
    Blend Until Smooth
    1. Blend the mixture for one to two minutes. Continue blending until the drink becomes creamy and smooth. Make sure there are no large onion pieces left in the mixture.
    Taste the Juice
    1. Taste the drink before serving. Add a little more honey if you like extra sweetness. Add another teaspoon of lemon juice if you prefer a brighter and fresher flavor.
    Strain the Juice
    1. Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer if you want a smoother texture. This step removes small onion fibers while keeping the drink creamy and enjoyable.
    Serve Immediately
    1. Pour the juice into chilled glasses. Garnish with a banana slice, lemon slice, or a light sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy immediately while the drink is fresh and naturally creamy.
