Cooking Instructions for Pan de Gloria Recipe
    Activate the Yeast
    1. Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let the mixture rest for five minutes until it becomes foamy and active.
    Mix the Dry Ingredients
    1. Place flour and salt in a large bowl. Stir gently to distribute the ingredients evenly throughout the mixture.
    Add Wet Ingredients
    1. Add the yeast mixture, eggs, and softened butter to the flour. Mix until a soft dough starts to form.
    Knead the Dough
    1. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for eight to ten minutes until smooth and elastic.
    Let the Dough Rise
    1. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl. Cover with a towel and let it rise for one hour.
    Divide the Dough
    1. Punch down the dough gently. Divide it into twelve equal portions and shape each piece into a smooth ball.
    Coat with Breadcrumbs
    1. Brush each dough ball lightly with melted butter. Roll them in breadcrumbs until evenly coated on all sides.
    Arrange on Baking Sheet
    1. Place the coated dough balls on a lined baking sheet. Leave enough space between each roll for expansion.
    Second Rise
    1. Cover loosely with a towel and allow the dough balls to rise again for about thirty minutes.
    Bake the Bread
    1. Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for eighteen to twenty minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
    Cool Before Serving
    1. Transfer the rolls to a cooling rack. Let them cool slightly before serving for the best texture.
